While we're working on NetReport you can report any instances of abuse originating from the Virgin Media network by sending an email to: abuse@virginmedia.com

If you're responding to an existing NetReport case

If you're responding to an existing NetReport case use you can send your response to abuse@virginmedia.com while we're working on the changes. just remember to include your existing NetReport case reference number in the subject line along with the type of complaint that you made to us originally, for example: Spam, Email Account Hacking, Phishing, Cyberstalking, Hate Crime, Defamation.
