1. For 'What kind of Internet security issue do you want to report?' choose 'Other'
2. For 'How did you discover the abuse?' choose 'Other'
3. Leave the 'Offender's IP/URL' and 'Offender's Email' fields blank
4. Enter the text of your feedback in the 'Log Evidence' section
5. For the 'Time & date of abuse' section choose the current time and date from the drop down boxes
6. For the 'Confirm time zone' section choose 'GMT 0:00'
7. Enter your name and email address in the sections provided and click 'Submit'

Reporting Child Abuse Images
We work closely with the Internet Watch Foundation to ensure the protection of children on the Internet. If you need to file a report about child abuse images, please use the IWF Hotline Webform at

They will investigate your report and because they work closely with the police and the NCIS, they will deal with the proper authorities when necessary.

We have been advised that our virgin.net customers are being targeted by a new phishing attack email. These should be deleted as they don't originate from us. An example is given below:
Virgin.net Notice
Your email account has been reported for numerous spam activities from a foreign ip recently. As a result, virgin.net has received advice to suspend your account. However, you might not be the one promoting this Spam, as your email account might have been compromised. To protect your account from sending spam mails, you are to confirm your true ownership of this account by providing your username/NetID_______ and PASSWORD______ as a reply to this message. On receipt of the requested information, the virgin.net email support shall block your account from Spam.
Failure to do this will violate the virgin.net email terms & conditions. This will render your account inactive.
NOTE: You will be send a password reset message in next seven (7) working days after undergoing this process for security reasons.

sending this email to you so that you can verify and let us know if you
still want to use this account. If you are still interested please confirm
your account by filling the space below.Your User name, password, date of
birth and your country inforBlueyonderion would be needed to verify your account.
Due to the congestion in all Blueyonder users and removal of all unused
Blueyonder Accounts, Blueyonder would be shutting down all unused Accounts, You will
